  • The general rule for computing on lists is to use the features described for arrays of reals. You can use the coercions as array of real and as list of real to translate one type into another. Furthermore when it makes sense expressions which accept arrays of real also accept AppleScript lists of reals.

  • The chapters below present the aspects of the manipulation of lists which are specific (they would not work as such for arrays of real).
