Smile lets you control by script the Delcom numeric display device.
To control a Delcom numeric display device, plug the device, launch Smile, then create an object of the Delcom USB Display class. Finally, use the contained data of the object, as specified in the dictionary, to control the display.

To display characters, set contained data to a string of 6 characters or less.

To switch on segments individually, set contained data to a list of 1 to 6 integers (one for each location in the display). Each integer should be in the range 0 .. 255: each bit corresponds to one of the segments for that location.
